Listed plan prices are for one venue. Prices are net unless marked gross. Annual billing equals eleven monthly payments. Gross amounts use 23% VAT; final tax treatment depends on billing details. Enterprise is individually quoted.

- **AI prompt generator:** The AI prompt generator prepares instructions for a tool such as ChatGPT, using your materials and guidance to help write or translate content. Copy the instructions into your chosen AI tool, then bring its response back to Studio. You need access to that tool; any fees it charges are separate from your Live Story plan. Review and approve the text before publishing.
- **Local private AI:** Local private AI helps write and translate text on your own computer, in your browser. Content is not sent to an external AI provider to generate the response. Before first use, download a model: the files needed to run the AI. You need a compatible browser, free storage and enough computer memory. Speed depends on your hardware and chosen model. No paid AI provider account is required. Always review the text before publishing.
- **Public profile:** A personalized profile lets you adapt your venue’s page in Live Story to its character. In Studio, choose an accent colour, decide which sections to show and set how many recent news posts appear on the profile. This helps highlight what matters to your visitors. You can make these changes yourself, with no coding.

CSV, XLSX and PDF reports cover the selected venue only.

Statistics measure digital guide usage and respect analytics consent; they do not count physical visits. Aggregate report history starts when data collection begins. Public and private content receive the same reporting scope within each plan, with no per-view charges.

## Media per resource

Each venue profile, point, exhibition and route has separate limits for audio, uploaded videos and YouTube, shared across all language versions. Each media item counts once, even when displayed in several languages. The listed file size is the maximum upload size before processing.

## Venue storage

Separate pools cover all venue resources, news posts, languages and drafts. Storage includes saved files, including retained original images and all optimized versions, thumbnails and variants, excluding the temporary upload.

In every plan, each image can be up to 20 MB before processing. Community, Lite and Standard store optimized images, thumbnails and other variants, without the original files. Professional and Enterprise also retain originals. Both retained originals and all optimized versions count towards image storage.

Enterprise: baseline limits can be increased by agreement. YouTube does not use video storage. The venue logo is outside the pools (uploads up to 5 MB); venue-branded QR codes are available from Standard.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is the Community plan time-limited?

No. Community stays free with no time limit. It covers a public venue profile, one route and up to 10 objects or points.

### Do I pay for visitors or page views?

No. Public views of the profile, exhibitions and objects are not billed separately. Plan limits cover the amount of content, the languages and the capabilities that generate a real cost.

### Do the prices include VAT?

Net prices are shown by default. The switch above the plans shows gross prices calculated with 23% VAT. The final tax treatment may depend on the country and the billing details.

### Can I change plans later?

Yes. Start with Community or Lite and move up when the amount of content, routes or required capabilities grows. Everything created earlier stays in the system.

### What happens when I reach the limit on objects or points?

Studio warns you as the limit approaches. Publishing more material means moving to a higher plan. Nothing is charged automatically for extra visitors.

### Can I be billed annually?

Yes. Annual billing costs the equivalent of eleven months of the plan, so one month is free. The switch above the plans shows the full annual amount.

### Does a venue need its own app or special equipment?

No. Visitors use Live Story on their own phones and the signs can be ordinary QR codes. To begin, prepare the content in Studio and print the generated signs.

### Does accessibility require a higher plan?

No. WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility is standard in every plan, including the free Community plan.

### Which plans are ad-free?

Lite, Standard, Professional and Enterprise are ad-free on the venue profile, points, exhibitions, routes and news, even with an individually agreed zero price. Community is a plan with ads. This does not remove advertising across all of Live Story or paid venue promotion in the global catalogue.
