Muzeum Motoryzacji WENA w Oławie

The WENA Motor Museum in Oława grew out of Tomasz Jurczak’s collection, built over three decades. Its hundreds of vehicles include production cars, utility conversions and projects that never reached mass production. LOT’s limousine was made from two large Fiats, while the KGHM car was lowered to fit through mine tunnels.

The Maluch from Mr Mirek’s flat has a different history. It spent years in a living room in Gliwice, and the museum recreated its domestic surroundings. The mechanics section, meanwhile, presents an engine, pistons, cylinders and the brakes of older cars.

The collection also includes a Fairchild Swearingen Metroliner aircraft and a contemporary prototype of the new Polonez. Driving and flight simulators add interactive stations to the vehicle displays.

Přístupnost

The displays occupy two levels. A lift provides access to the mezzanine for disabled visitors. Guide dogs are welcome.
