About the route

The walk with the TourStories audio guide begins outside the gate and crosses the castle’s freely accessible spaces to the Well Tower. Two entries mark the beginning and end of this exploration of the outer complex.

You can follow the programme independently with your own phone. It does not include ticketed rooms or chapels. From the well, return up the same steps to the courtyard; the story ending at the tower does not mean there is another exit from the castle.
