À propos du parcours

Begin with the Amber Forest, whose setting introduces amber's plant origins. Then explore extraction in the Amber Mine, moving from deposits and tools to specimens separated from the excavated material.

The third stop, Inclusions, changes the scale of observation. Small organisms and plant remains reveal what resin preserved from the ancient forest. Finish with the kauri specimen. This New Zealand piece completes the comparison: a similar kind of material, but different trees, origins and uses.
