The route begins in the Karkonosze Cottage, with the house's construction and everyday objects. The archaeological exhibition broadens the view to the earliest traces of people in the region, while the Patrician House moves into the interior of a prosperous merchant's home.

The final two stops focus on glass. Historic vessels and contemporary artworks show what glassworks and studios produced. The Glass Laboratory ends the story with the tools and processes used to give the material its shape and decoration.
