The Brewing Exhibition tells the story of brewing in Leżajsk. The right to brew beer in the town was granted by King Sigismund I the Old in a privilege of 1525. In the 17th and 18th centuries the brewery was repeatedly destroyed and rebuilt. Around 1900 the town brewery on Mickiewicza Street was leased by Feiwel Stolbach; it burned down in the town fire of 1906.

A new chapter began with the discovery in the 1970s of water sources in Oligocene strata. Construction of a modern brewery started in 1974, and the first beer was bottled at the turn of 1977 and 1978. In 1999 the plant joined the Grupa Żywiec group.

The exhibition was created at the turn of 2007 and 2008 and modernised in 2020. It presents the history of brewing around the world and the beer-making process, together with tankards, labels, promotional items and awards of the Leżajsk brewery. The exhibits include a steam engine from 1897, which supplied power to the Brunnle brewery in Lahr, Germany, in the first half of the 20th century. Today its mechanism is driven by an electric motor. A guided visit to the exhibition takes about 40 minutes.
