The farm estate supported the palace household. The tour programme explains the roles of the granary, stable, forge, mushroom cellar, ice cellar and steward's house. Different buildings performed different tasks on a property that combined the owners' lives with the work of servants and peasants. The Estate Extra programme presents the daily duties of residents and workers. It covers domestic work beginning with lighting the morning fire, followed by the organisation of the estate. The farm buildings provide reference points for explaining production, storage and management.
The reconstructed farm estate houses the Manor Teaching Kitchen. It has two equipped cooking stations and accommodates groups of up to 18 people. Cookery activities are arranged separately, and this modern teaching kitchen is a different room from the museum's Baroque kitchen. The Farm Shop sells regional products and crafts, including preserves made on site. A bakery makes biscuits and gingerbread using its own recipes. Today's farm estate combines retail, food production and education.

Today, the Manor Kitchen hosts cookery activities for groups of up to 18 people. It has two cooking stations. This is a different kitchen from the historic room in the museum. There is also a shop selling regional products and a bakery. The bakery makes biscuits and gingerbread, while the shop sells locally made preserves among other goods.
