From Factory to Workshop

The route begins at the Weese factory building of 1885. Its industrial past explains why a gingerbread museum was established here. The former production rooms now hold collections devoted to the same craft.

The next stop covers the permanent exhibition: ingredients, moulds and ovens, followed by the owner's office, domestic kitchen, shops and café with a Żuk. It moves from preparing dough to selling and transporting finished gingerbread.

The final stop is the Gingerbread Laboratory, a space for themed culinary and craft sessions. Activities follow the museum's programme; following the route does not itself include participation in a workshop.
